What Is Five Four Club?
Five Four Club is an exclusive men’s monthly subscription service. For $60 a month, Five Four sends you a package of apparel valued at a $120 and up. The only way to access Five Four is to be a member of the Club (that means in order to purchase anything Five Four related you must be a member of the Club).

We’ve made shopping easy. No more wasting time on escalators or in check out lines. No more figuring out what looks good and what doesn’t. We’ve got you covered and the ladies will approve. All you’ve got to do is open the box that comes to your door every month.
Is The Clothing Really Worth Double What I Pay For It?
Yea it is. You may be asking yourself, how is that possible? The answer is simple, we are awesome; but it’s actually because we control the entire purchasing and manufacturing process. Additionally, we have immense buying power because we have a predictable, monthly, and constantly growing procurement pattern.
How Do I Join?
Fill out the style profile, enter your credit card information, sit back and relax. Clothing will magically* appear at your door every month. (*Magic not included)
Please allow up to 7 business days for that delivery as well. This whole process may take up to 3 weeks total based on your location. Please contact us on or before the 10th of the month to cancel your membership effective for that month.
Shipping is free to the continental 48 states. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $7 extra. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive after you have received your shipping notification via email.

Canadian Club members will be charged a $25 (USD) surcharge per month (does not include tariffs). Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Canadian Club members will be responsible for any charges incurred due to international shipping. Five Four Club has no control over these charges.
Referral Codes
Due to the manner in which referrals and discounts are processed, we will be unable to apply your referral code to your account after it has been registered.

Where Is My Package?!
Your first month's package will be processed within 7 business days of sign up. Additionally, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. This whole process may take up to 3 weeks total based on your location.

If you feel as though you should have already received your package and you can’t find your email shipping notification then shoot us an email and we’ll take care of your troubles.
International Shipping?
Five Four Club is now available in Canada. Membership to other countries is in the works. Email to stay in the loop and be one of the first to know.
Change My Style Profile Or My Billing & Shipping Info
This is an easy one. Sign in to your profile at From there you can update your personal information, style profile, shipping information or billing information.
Californians: Why Am I Being Charged More Than $60 A Month?
Due to government changes in online sales policy we are now forced to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of California.

Returns And Exchanges
We do not accept returns although we do accept exchanges for size related issues. If something is too small or too big then drop us a line at and we will get you something that fits correctly. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Your new item will be shipped to you once your old package is received and processed at our warehouse.

Canadian customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse, Five Four Club will cover the shipping on the way back to you.

How Do I Exchange An Item?
If the exchange falls within the conditions of our Returns & Exchanges policy (see above), then simply email Include your name and email, and let us know what the exact issue is, and clearly mark it is an exchange. Our service team will email you back with exact instructions of what to do, along with a return shipping label.
Can I Pause A Month?
Of course! Just email us to between the 1st & 10th of the month, and we will skip that month. Your next month will go back to automatic renewal. So for example, if you like to pause the service for the month of Jan, please email us between Jan 1st - 10th to pause that month.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
We would hate to see you leave, but if you would like to cancel your membership, please call 888-341-2381 anytime between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday PST. You will have to speak with a customer service representative in order to cancel your account. Just a reminder, Cancellations must be made before the 10th to avoid being charged for that month's package. You may cancel at any time after you receive your first package.
What Are The Inseam (length) Options On Your Jeans & Pants?
All of our inseams are standardized. Five Four jeans with waist sizes 30 - 33 inches, have a 32 inch inseam. Waist sizes 34 inches and larger have a 34 inch inseam. If you wear a slightly different size then check this video out:
I Don't Want A Certain Type Of Item, Can I Request Not To Receive It?
The intent of the club is that Five Four picks the best package that we feel suits you, based on the style profile that you fill out. However, we know that there are certain types of items that you would not like to wear at all and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. If you don't want to receive a certain type of item in your monthly packages (I.E. I don't want Shoes) you can email us at and we will note your account so that you do not receive any type of item you don't want. If for some reason you do receive the specific item, just email us and we will assist you with a return.
If I Want To Change My Style Profile, Can I Do So?
Absolutely! We know style can change over time and people always want to diversify their looks and progress their wardrobe. All you have to do is log back into your profile and make adjustments or email our customer service team at and we'll get you switched over!
