What Is Five Four Club?

Five Four Club is an exclusive men’s monthly subscription service. For $60 a month, Five Four sends you a package of our own brand’s apparel valued at a $120 and up.

Do I Choose My Monthly Selections?

We’ve made shopping easy. A Five Four stylist picks your packages with your style profile in mind every month. No more wasting time on escalators or in check-out lines; No more figuring out what looks good and what doesn’t. All you’ve got to do is open the package that comes to your door.

Is the clothing that I receive really worth double in value?

Five Four is a heritage brand that has been around since 2002. If you compare our quality and pricing with other similar brands in retail, we are on par with leading brands in the market place. If you go to a contemporary fashion retailer in a mall or online, you will expect to pay anywhere from $60-75 for button downs, $30-40 for t-shirts, and $70-90 for jeans. Our monthly packages are in line with those price points, however we deliver double the value by giving our members a minimum of 50% off these retail prices.

Am I Committed?

As a Five Four Club member, you can pause and cancel your account at anytime after your first month of membership. We do ask our members to call in before the 10th of the month if they would like to cancel (please look under How Do I Cancel My Membership? for more info).




How Am I Getting Charged?

Payment Forms

At the moment Five Four accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or PayPal.

Billing

The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Five Four members are charged on the 15th.

Extra Shipping Costs

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an extra $7 in addition to the $60 monthly fee.

Canadian Club members will be responsible for any charges incurred due to international shipping. Five Four Club has no control over these charges.

Californians: Why Am I Being Charged More Than $60 A Month?

Due to government changes in online sales policy we are now forced to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within the state of California.

International Customers

Please note that currently all prices quoted on this site are listed in U.S. Dollars, and that all Member packages will be billed as such. Accordingly, a Member's bank, credit card company, or other financial institution may charge a Member certain transaction fee(s) related to currency conversion and such transaction fee(s) may appear as one (1) singular charge along with your monthly membership fee. Please note that Five Four Group has no control over such fees, and thus, we shall not be responsible for, and hereby expressly disclaim responsibility for, any such transaction fees.

Please note that import duties, customs charges, and related taxes and fees are not included in the price or shipping costs, and any such duties, charges, taxes, and/or fees are the Member's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges may be in advance of your purchase.

Can I Pause A Month?

Just email Service@fivefourclub.com between the 1st & 10th of the month, before 5 PM PST, and we will skip that requested month. Your next month will go back to automatic renewal. For example, if you would like to pause the service for January, please email us on or before the 10th of January to pause for that month (within business hours). Your subscription will automatically renew for February’s billing and package.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

If you wish to cancel your Five Four Club membership please call our customer service phone lines directly. For security reasons we can only process your cancellation once you have spoken to our customer service representative.

You can reach us directly at (888) 341-2381 between 7:30AM PST and 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. In order to opt out of the month’s package, cancellations must be done before the 10th of the month. Where Is My Package?

Shipping

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Please be aware that issues may arise that are out of Five Four Club's control, and in such case, shipments may take longer than that anticipated timeline but we will always get your package to you with the utmost urgency!

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free to the continental 48 states, but shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an extra $7. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive after you have received your shipping notification via email.

Again, Canadian Club members will be charged a $25 (USD) surcharge per month. This surcharge does not include tariffs. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

International Shipping?

Five Four Club is currently available in the U.S. and Canada. Membership to other countries is in the works.

Do You Ship To APO/FPO/P.O. Box Addresses?

We do accommodate for APO, FPO as well as P.O. Box addresses.




Can I Change My Style Profile?

If I Want To Change My Style Profile, Can I Do So?

We know style can change over time and people always want to diversify their looks and improve their wardrobe. All members have to do is log back into their profile and make adjustments in their profile. Or email our customer service team at Service@FiveFourClub.com and they can definitely help you out.

What Are The Inseam (length) Options On Your Jeans & Pants?

All of our inseams are standardized. Five Four jeans with waist sizes 30 - 33 inches have a 32 inch inseam. Waist sizes 34 inches and larger have a 34 inch inseam.

I Don't Want A Certain Type Of Item, Can I Request Not To Receive It?

Five Four Club was created to help make men look good without working hard at it. Stylists pick the best package based on your style profile. However, stylists know that there are certain types of items you would not like to receive. If you do not want to receive a certain type of item in your monthly packages, you can email us at Service@fivefourclub.com and we will make a note in your account. Stylists will do their best to accommodate all requests. If, for some reason, you do receive the specific item, just email us and we will assist you with a return.




Returns And Exchanges

How Do I Exchange An Item?

We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges for size related issues. If something is too small or too big then notify us at Service@fivefourclub.com and we will get you something that fits correctly. All items must be received in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or they will not be accepted.

If you'd like, click here to view our printable exchange form. Please don't forget to fill out all the details so we can make sure your exchange process is as smooth as possible! Include your name and email, and let us know what the exact issue is. Please clearly mark the form as an ‘exchange’. Our service team will email you back with exact instructions of what to do, along with a return-shipping label.

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Your new package will be shipped to you once your old package is received and processed at our warehouse.

Canadian customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred when sending the item for exchange back to our warehouse; Five Four Club will cover the shipping on the way back to you. Please complete the exchange sheet found on our FAQ and send the item(s) for exchange to:

Referral Codes

Due to the manner in which referrals and discounts are processed, we will be unable to apply your referral code to your account after it has been registered.

Please take extra care to correctly enter your code during the signup process.




Care and Wash

Our button downs and tees are very sensitive--please machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry with low temperature. Iron if necessary, but please be careful with the heat. For our denim, please machine wash cold with the jeans inside out and hang dry to prevent shrinkage as well as to keep the color from fading.




Big and Tall Sizes

At the moment we are unable to cater to big and tall sizes, but we are always trying to find more fits and sizes for our Five Four Club members.
